Dear User,
the company Pratic S.p.A. a socio unico sogg. a dir. e coord. di Stellagroup S.a.S. undertakes to respect your privacy when you surf on our website within the terms established by the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data and, in particular, the (EU) Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as « Regulation »).
This document (« Privacy Policy ») provides information on the processing of personal data collected through this website (hereafter referred to as « Website ») and, therefore, constitutes a policy to the Data Subjects pursuant to the above-mentioned regulations. The Policy is provided solely for this Website (ww.pratic.it) and not for any other websites you may have viewed via any links.

2. Type of personal data processed

The categories of personal data that Pratic can collect and process during surfing on the pratic.it website are the following:

a) we process the data of when you browse on our Website pratic.it, i.e. those for which the sending to the Website is necessary for the operation of the computer systems responsible for managing the Website and the Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computer you are using that connect to the Website, the addresses in the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s computer environment.

This data is used only for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and of checking its correct operation and is deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain any responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the Website;

b) the data for the registration of your account, we collect your name and surname, your e-mail address, password, phone number, adress.

c) we process the e-mail address when you sign up for our newsletter service;

d) we process personal data that you freely provide us when you contact us to provide you with the requested information;

e) we process your CV in order to verify the skills necessary for the selection and the possible establishment of a working collaboration with Pratic;
f) we use cookies, that is, small text files that the Website places on the devices you use, whether they are computers or mobile devices, saved in the directories used by the user’s web browser. There are various types of cookies, some to make the use of the Website more effective, others to enable certain features. For more details, see the Cookie Policy of the Website.

3. Purposes of processing and legal basis

The data will be processed for the following purposes:

a) for the operation of the IT systems responsible for managing the Website. Only surfing data are processed, i.e. those for which the sending to the Website is necessary for the operation of the computer systems used to manage the Website and the Internet communication protocols. The legal basis of such processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller to the technical management related to the operation and security of the Website.

b) To allow you registering on our Website and using our services. The condition that makes the processing lawful is the execution of the contract of which you are a party.

c) to provide you with assistance and to answer your questions. The condition that makes the processing lawful is the execution of the contract of which you are a party.

d) occasionally send you, only with your explicit consent, also through our newsletter, Technical and Promotional Information on our products or services and communications relative to events, initiatives and fairs of our industry (direct marketing). The condition that makes this processing legal is the consent (optional and revocable at any time).

If you do not want to receive our newsletter or our commercial communications any more, you will be able to interrupt them at any time, thus exercising your right to oppose pursuant to art. 21 of the GDPR, just clicking on the appropriate « unsubscribe » link at the bottom of each communication or by sending an email to privacy@pratic.it.

e) submit CV. If you send us your CV for consideration when applying for a vacancy, we will use the information contained in your CV solely for that purpose. This activity is expressly authorised by a law that, in those circumstances, does not require consent to be obtained from the person to whom the personal data relates.

4. Provision

The provision of the information required for the purposes shown in items 3.a), 3.b), 3.c) is mandatory to fulfill legal and contractual obligations. You are free to supply information but any refusal to supply information will make it impossible for Pratic to execute the contract, to manage your requests, or to correctly carry out all the obligations required by current regulations.

The provision of the information required for the purposes shown in items 3.d) (newsletter) is optional, so, at any time, you have the opportunity to oppose the latter processing, easily and free of charge.

The provision of the information required for the purposes shown in items 3.e) (CV) is optional, so, you are free to decide whether or not to send us your CV but, in its absence, we will be unable to assess your candidacy for any job vacancies at Pratic.

5. Storage times

The data will be kept for a limited period of time, different depending on the type of activity that involves the processing of your personal data. After this period, these data will be permanently deleted. Your personal data is stored in compliance with the terms and criteria specified below:

a) Data relating to the registration to the Website: the data will be kept until your request to delete your account;

b) Data relating to your request for assistance are kept until the request is met;

c) Data provided for newsletter activities are kept until the revocation of consent or the exercise of the right of opposition and in any case no later than 2 years from last interaction of any kind by the user with the company Pratic;

d) Your CV will be retained for a maximum of 24 months, after which it will be deleted.

6. Who will process your data?

Your personal data may be processed by the Data Controller’s staff, appropriately trained and authorized for processing, or by third parties providing services that are instrumental to the company, which typically act as data controllers, such as managers of communication services, technical services for Website management, IT service providers, couriers, banking operators, communication consultancy companies. In the case of complaints or commercial communications, some data may be sent, when necessary, to suppliers of products or services related to the nature of the complaint or communication.

Your data may also be disclosed to the police or judicial authorities for the detection and prosecution of offenses as well as to exercise or defend a right.

7. Extra-EU data transfer

  • Some of the third parties listed in the previous paragraph “Who will process your data?” may be located in countries outside the European Union that nevertheless offer an adequate level of data protection, as established by specific decisions of the European Commission. We inform you that we use:

    • Interspire (società Marketer Pty Ltd.) as an address management and emailing service provided based in the United States, California. This company deals with the following data: name, surname and email.

8. Rights of the Data Subject

We inform you that, with regard to the data, you can exercise at any time the rights provided by CHAPTER III of the Regulation. In particular, you have the right to ask the Data Controller for access to data concerning you, their correction or deletion, the integration of incomplete data, the limitation of processing; to receive data in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device; to object in whole or in part to the use of data, as well as to exercise the other rights granted to you by the applicable regulations.

9. Your right to lodge a complaint

If you believe that there is a violation in the processing of your personal data, you can lodge a complaint with the Control Authority of the place where you usually reside, work or where the alleged violation occurred, without prejudice to the possibility to take appropriate judicial offices pursuant to Article 79 of the Regulation). We inform you that in Italy you can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

10. Changes to this Policy

The evolution of our services may result in changes to this Policy. Consequently, this Privacy Policy may be subject to changes and additions over time, which may also be necessary with regard to new regulatory measures regarding the protection of personal data.

We therefore invite you to periodically check the contents.

The updated version of the Privacy Policy, in any case, will be published on this page, with indication of the date of its last update.

The Pratic S.p.A. a socio unico sogg. a dir. e coord. di Stellagroup S.a.S., as Data Controller, pursuant to Article 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter Regulation), informs you that, for the establishment and execution of ongoing contractual relationships, it is in possession of or may subsequently become aware of information relating to you.

TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

Personal and fiscal data, data concerning purchases and orders, data of a commercial, economic and financial nature, including data relating to your solvency, data relating to any comments and opinions collected during complaints or surveys as well as general evaluations of your work, data relating to productivity, bank data, data relating to your level of training as well as information relating to your participation in Pratic training courses, may be processed.


PURPOSE OF PROCESSING, LEGAL BASIS AND NATURE OF PROVISION

Your data will be processed to execute the existing contract between the parties and in particular for:

– Creating an account on Pratic’s B2B business platform for the use of its features;
– Support in technical assistance towards the end customer;
– Fulfillment of legal obligations, administrative and accounting management;
– Processing of any quotes, receiving and confirming orders, logistics and shipping management;
– Management of business relationships;
– Sending communications regarding new products, changes in price lists, promotions and training courses;
– Handling of complaints or service requests.

The legal basis of the aforementioned processing is the execution of the contract to which you are a party, as well as the need to fulfill the obligations provided for by the regulations in force. The provision of the requested information is necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes, so any refusal to provide it will result in the impossibility of executing the contract itself. In addition, your data will be processed for the following purposes:

– Sending surveys;
– Evaluation of performance, turnover and solvency;
– Provision of any payment extensions;
– Providing the end customer with details of the nearest Vendor to contact;
– Sending, including through newsletters, information of a promotional nature;
– Protection of the Holder’s rights.

The legal basis for the above processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in the proper and efficient management of internal processes and procedures, as well as the safeguarding of the company’s economic-financial characteristics and the protection of its rights.


RETENTION TIMES

Your data will be retained for the period of time necessary for the pursuit of the above-mentioned purposes; specifically, the data will be retained for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and for the time prescribed by law regarding administrative, accounting and tax obligations as well as, in order to protect the rights of the Owner, until the period of prescription of the rights arising from the contract in place between the parties or from the regulations in force.


RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

The data will be processed by designated personnel, properly trained and operating under the authority and responsibility of the owner. Some of the information may be disclosed to the following parties:

– Public agencies (tax offices and other entities);
– Legal or consulting firms to which the Controller has given specific mandate;
– Computer system support and maintenance companies or suppliers of computer storage systems;
– Other individuals or companies that carry out activities instrumental to the purposes indicated above.

The data may also be communicated to companies of the StellaGroup (sole shareholder of Pratic S.p.A.). These communications are carried out in the legitimate interest of the corporate group to share data and information, unify tools and procedures used in processing.

YOUR RIGHTS

We also inform you that, with regard to the data itself, you, as a Data Subject, may exercise at any time the rights provided for in CHAPTER III of the Regulations. In particular, you have the right to ask the Data Controller for access, rectification, cancellation, and integration of the data concerning you. You may also request the restriction of the processing; to receive the data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format; to object in whole or in part to the use of the data; to revoke any consent you may have given; as well as to exercise any other rights granted to you by the applicable regulations. These rights may be exercised by writing by mail to the addresses indicated or by e-mail to the following e-mail address: privacy@pratic.it.

Pursuant to Article 77 of the Regulations, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority of the place where you usually reside, work or where the alleged violation occurred if you believe that the processing violates the aforementioned Regulations.
