The architecture of wellbeing, sustainability and beauty.
All this is synthesised in the Friuli hills of Fagagna, home to Pratic’s headquarters. The design is perfectly integrated into the territory and fully respects the soul of the land, thanks to functional and formal choices with a low impact on the landscape and the environment. Designed by Geza Architettura in close collaboration with the Orioli family – the company founders – the headquarters is the heart of Pratic design, where ideas are born and every project takes shape.
Three establishments, one soul
Within the outline of the Pratic headquarters, it is possible to trace out the path of a company deeply linked to innovation, the territory and design. After more than half a century spent at the historic Ceresetto headquarters, 2011 saw the inauguration of the new headquarters, which has evolved through two extensions in 2018 and 2023, expanding and updating the concept. Over 27,000 square metres encompass the production departments, offices and showrooms.
Functional, award-winning aesthetics
The unmistakable suspended beam outlining the horizon, the iridescent façade in dialogue with the sky, the tactile establishment rising from the earth … The discourse of Pratic’s headquarters with the surrounding nature has resulted in one of the most authoritative examples of industrial architecture in Italyìs northeast, internationally-celebrated and the winner of major design awards.
In nature, respecting nature
Expanding whilst reducing the environmental footprint. This is the imperative that guided the development of the Pratic site, which houses a low-impact painting plant and an automated warehouse that efficiently manages the intelligent handling of all materials. Energy is largely renewable and self-produced, with processing taking place with minimal emissions.
Wellbeing outside, in style
A workplace where you can feel good and cultivate your wellbeing. The spaces in Pratic’s headquarters are designed to offer comfort, ergonomics and safety to all employees. Each environments is always flooded with natural light, with greenery embellishing the workspaces in the offices and production areas.

At the headquarters, perfectly integrated into the landscape, the company makes awnings and pergolas availing of low-impact production processes and separable, recyclable materials. All screening is designed to ensure comfort by interacting with natural elements and reducing power consumption for ventilation, air-conditioning and lighting.
